Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NextStarter, operated by Next.js 16 Frontend Template with Shadcn UI at http://localhost:3000. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure you have the rights necessary to do so.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Next.js 16 Frontend Template with Shadcn UI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

Suspension and termination

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next.js 16 Frontend Template with Shadcn UI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD) if no fees were paid.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Next.js 16 Frontend Template with Shadcn UI is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Update this section to reflect your company's legal jurisdiction before launch.

Changes to these terms
